A LATE WINTER STORM WILL HIT THE NORTH CENTRAL STATES LATE THIS WEEK…AND MAY REACH US IN THE FORM OF RAIN AND NOT SNOW BY LATE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK.
