Satellite + radar above shows storm taking shape off Virginia Capes…turning to nor’easter which will drop 1 to 2 ft of snow from New York Metro Area northward. Winds will gusts over 50 mph resulting in blizzard conditions. Storm will gradually weaken during Tuesday as it moves out into No. Atlantic.
