WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12
inches possible.
WHERE...All of eastern New York and western New England.
WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday evening.
IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates could exceed an inch per
