Isolated power outages are possible. New Year's Day: A chance of rain before 7am, then a slight chance of showers between 7am and 8am. Partly sunny, with a high near 49. Breezy, with a northwest wind 13 to 18 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.  Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 18. Northwest wind 8 to 15 mph.  Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 31.
