Storm wlll make a loop in Atlantic and bring some light rain or showers to Northeast Thursday night into Friday with gusty winds. System moving out of the Southwest will head east and keep much of the Nation cloudy into the weekend. Cold front in Rockies will bring rain changing to snow into the Upper Midwest through Friday.
