Tropical Storm Hanna is Gulf with 40-50 mph winds will head for Texas this weekend and make landfall between Corpus Christie and Brownsville. Tropical storm Gonzalo will become a hurricane and move across the Windward Island this weekend.  New area off Africa will likely become a depression and move westward....it could become Isaias.
